The problem

Most clinic marketing is reported in clicks. A schedule is filled with patients.

What gets reported

The usual wayImpressions, clicks and cost per click.

The Chairfull wayCost per attended new patient, and how many booked patients turned up.

What happens to an enquiry

The usual wayIt sits in an inbox until the front desk has a free moment.

The Chairfull wayIt is followed up quickly by WhatsApp and call, while the patient is still deciding.

How the fee works

The usual wayA retainer that is owed whether or not patients arrive.

The Chairfull wayA fixed fee, plus a fee per patient delivered, so we are paid more when you are fuller.

Advertising rules

The usual wayCopy checked after it has gone live, if at all.

The Chairfull wayEvery ad and page written to HCSA advertising rules before it launches.

What we run

One system, from the first ad to the attended appointment.

Dental clinics first. Aesthetic and physiotherapy clinics are next.

  1. A

    Google and Meta ads

Search ads for people already looking for a dentist, and Meta ads for treatments they have not yet searched for. Managed against cost per attended new patient, not clicks.

  2. B

    Conversion landing pages

One focused page per campaign, built to turn a visit into a booking request. No generic homepage traffic.

  3. C

    WhatsApp and call follow-up

Fast first response to every enquiry, so the patient who messaged at lunch is not still waiting at dinner.

  4. D

    Compliant creative

Ads and pages written to HCSA advertising rules. That means no patient testimonials and no claims the rules do not allow.

  5. E

    Monthly patient report

Enquiries, bookings, attended visits and cost per attended new patient, in plain language.

How we report

Four measures on every monthly report. All of them end at patients.

No vanity metrics and no dashboard of clicks. This is what the report covers, and what each line means.

01

Cost per attended new patient

Total ad spend and fees, divided by new patients who actually sat in the chair. The number we are judged on.

02

Show rate

Of the new patients who booked, how many attended. It tells you whether the problem is the ads or the front desk.

03

Enquiries by source

Google, Meta, or direct. You see which channel produced patients, not just which produced messages.

04

Booked, attended, treated

Each enquiry followed to its outcome, so the report ends at patients rather than at leads.

How we work

From first conversation to a fuller schedule.

  1. Consultation

We look at your clinic, your treatments and your current enquiries. You tell us which patients you want more of.

  2. Build and compliance check

We write the ads and landing pages to HCSA advertising rules, and set up WhatsApp and call follow-up with your team.

  3. Launch on Google and Meta

Campaigns go live against one target: cost per attended new patient.

  4. Follow up every enquiry

New enquiries are answered fast by WhatsApp and call, then tracked through booking and attendance.

  5. Report and adjust

Each month you get the report, and we shift budget towards what is bringing patients in.

Part of our fee depends on patients arriving. Every ad is written to HCSA rules.

How we are paid

A fixed fee covers the work of running your ads, pages and follow-up. A second fee is charged per patient delivered, so our income rises as your schedule fills.

We agree what counts as a delivered patient with you before launch. Exact amounts are discussed in the consultation, because they depend on your clinic and treatments.

How we advertise

Healthcare advertising in Singapore is regulated under the Healthcare Services Act. We build to those rules from the first draft.

That is why you will not see patient testimonials or reviews in our work, or on this page. Clinics should confirm their own obligations with the relevant regulator.

Questions owners ask

Straight answers before you book.

What do you mean by cost per attended new patient?

It is your total ad spend and our fees, divided by the number of new patients who actually attended an appointment. It is the figure we report on every month, instead of clicks or leads.

How does the fee work?

A fixed fee covers running your ads, landing pages and follow-up. A second fee is charged for each patient delivered. We agree what counts as a delivered patient before launch, and discuss amounts in the consultation.

Are your ads compliant with Singapore rules?

We write every ad and landing page to the advertising rules under the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA). Clinics should still confirm their own obligations with the relevant regulator.

Why do you not use patient testimonials?

Singapore healthcare advertising rules do not allow them, so we do not use them in clinic advertising, and we do not show them on our own site either.

Which clinics do you work with?

Independent and small-group private clinics in Singapore. We start with dental clinics, with aesthetic and physiotherapy clinics to follow.

What happens after I enquire?

We reply to arrange a consultation. We look at your clinic, treatments and current enquiries, then explain what we would run and how the fee would work.

Consultation

See what a fuller schedule would take.

Tell us about your clinic. We will come back to talk through your treatments, your current enquiries and how the fee would work.

No results are promised in advance. We start from your clinic's own numbers.
